Also get a Italian\English dictionary. The only thing that I can think of would be to go to Italy for a year and you will automatically learn Italian from being around it. That's how I learned Spanish. I went to Mexico for 9 months and it just came without trying. By the way, I am a quarter Italian:) The Rosetta Stone Cd’s help a lot.
